“Very nice base recipe. I added bay leaves to the oil and added more chilli flakes, an onion, ginger and garlic paste, ground coriander, pinch of turmeric and at the end, a green chilli, garam masala and obviously salt and pepper to taste. I also use vegan bouillon and have noticed it overpowers the flavour of the dish. So instead of 4 tsp of the powder I added 3. This recipe will definitely be a staple in my cooking.” – From Mickey
“This was really good for someone who cant cook amazingly, but it still came out nicely, its now a staple food in my weight loss journey, alongside this exipure product I am using, both have helped me lose 2 stone so far, nearly there.” – From D.

“This was very easy to make and surprisingly hot for a coconut milk curry. We added some prawns to the dish and we’re both big fans of seafood. We also ended up putting a splash of cream into it to reduce the heat of the cayenne pepper. Very tasty and would definitely make it again.” – From CeriB
